Window Air Conditioner for just $8.00 / month
The $8.00 breasy rental includes a cleaned and maintained window air conditioner. We charge $25 for delivery and $50 for uninstallation and retrieval. We also partner with local technicians to offer cost-efficient professional installation if required. You can keep your window air conditioner installed through the off-season for $8.00/month, and we will provide a weather cover.
While the conditioners are in our shop during the off-season, we clean the filters, inspect refrigerant levels, and repair any faulty parts so that you have an effective and efficient air conditioner every cooling season. Our window air conditioners are trusted models which have between 5,000 and 10,000 BTUs of cooling capacity perfect for bedrooms, offices, and living rooms. We can provide larger air conditioners upon request.

$8.00/month gets you a cleaned and refreshed window air conditioner to you every summer! We offer delivery for just an additional $25! All of our air conditioners are thoroughly inspected and maintained to ensure high efficiency and sanitary operations. While your air conditioner is installed we provide technical support. If your air conditioner is not working properly, we will replace it—free of charge.

That’s fantastic! We will send a technician to your home, and they will give you a quote to purchase the unit on the spot. Once sold, we will keep the air conditioner in our fleet and deliver and install an equivalent air conditioner in the Spring.

Yes! That’s exactly what we’re here for. Sign up for the air conditioning season for just $8.00 per month. At the end of the season we’ll unintall and retrieve the breasy air conditioner for $50, or keep the window air conditioner installed for $8.00/month.
